About Me:

   I am the oldest of six children, three of whom are teachers. This is not surprising since both our parents taught. My mother taught PE, then English and finally became a high school librarian. My father taught PE and coached baseball, basketball, softball, and volleyball. Needless to say, I was brought up to love and cherish learning.
   I am the mother of three daughters who all graduated from
Gabriel Richard. The oldest is a doctor, the second a physical therapist, and the youngest is a business woman. I also have two grandchildren who are the lights of my life. All live out west where I someday hope to retire. In my spare time I love to play cards (especially bridge), to travel, to read, and to listen to music (especially country music).
